4411 from now on also in Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode

We are very proud to add the smallest Brussels municipality to our list of 4411 cities. Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode has been working with 4411 since the first of September to make paid parking by mobile phone in their community even easier. Both our SMS and app service will become available. Do you often park in Brussels and the surrounding area? Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode is already the tenth Brussels commune to be added to 4411. Other Brussels communes where parking is also possible via 4411 are Anderlecht, Evere, Ixelles, Jette, Vorst, Koekelberg, Brussels, Schaerbeek and Sint-Jans-Molenbeek.

New parking codes in Koekelberg

Starting the second of June 2020, the parking policy in Koekelberg will change slightly. Until now, you could use one zone code for the entire municipality of Koekelberg. From now on, each parking meter will contain a unique parking code.

Of course, you can still use 4411 to pay for your parking in Koekelberg. Do you pay by SMS? If so, be sure to check the parking meter when you start your parking session. If you use the app, you can easily and remotely start your session. You can select the nearest parking meter via the map in the 4411 app. This way, you don't have to walk to the parking meter.

Newsletter: Update COVID-19

Test image

After a few weeks of living in uncertainty, we hope to soon return to normal life in a safe environment. Also when it comes to parking, some measures have been taken in the last weeks as a result of COVID-19. What do you need to take into account in the upcoming weeks?

Avoid parking fines
Many cities decided to temporarily offer free parking. As of 11/05/2020, most cities will lift this measure again and parking fines will be carried out again. So don't forget to pay for your parking and avoid a parking fine.

Cashless payment
Avoid unnecessary physical contact and pay your parking time both above and below ground via SMS to 4411 or via the 4411 app. The app allows you to select the nearest parking meter remotely. Starting and stopping your parking session is fully controlled by yourself. Don't forget to clean your own smartphone on a regular basis!

Public transport via the 4411 app
SNCB
- The SNCB has decided to resume train traffic almost completely in order to meet the needs of passengers. Mouth masks or other protective equipment will become compulsory for people over 12 years of age. You can easily buy your ticket for SNCB in advance and contactless via the 4411 app.

De Lijn
- De Lijn also uses as many buses and trams as possible to support the passengers who need it most. Wear a mouth mask and respect social distancing. Did you buy a ticket in advance and did it expire between 13/03 and 31/05? These tickets will be extended until 31/08/2020. You don't have to do anything yourself! Buy your ticket from De Lijn in advance and cashless via the 4411 app.
