Welcome Zele and Heusden-Zolder!

From now on you can park with 4411 also in Zele and Heusden-Zolder! 🙌🏻 This means you can now park with 4411 in 97 Belgian cities.

🎉 More good news, in Zele you can park for free for the first 30 minutes via the 4411 app.

Start a session and stop it within the half hour via the 4411 app? Then you pay nothing at all (including no transaction fees 😉 ). Do you park for longer than half an hour? Then your free session will automatically become paying after 30 minutes. Please note, a free session can only be used once a day.

In Zele you can park for a maximum of 2 hours at €0.50 per half hour. Do you stay longer? Then you pay €9 per half day.
Paid parking applies from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Update your account information directly in the 4411 app!

We've made it easier for you to change your account information in the 4411 app. 🎉
You can now also choose in which language you want to see the 4411 app, how many notifications you want to receive and for which services. Furthermore, you will now also find a faster answer to your questions and better support in the app.

Click 'Edit' at the top to change your name, email address and address
Under 'Language' you can change the language of your 4411 app to Dutch, English or French. This will also change the language in which you will receive emails and notifications.
In 'App notifications' you choose which notifications you will receive and how frequently. For example, you can receive a notification 2 hours before your session ends or 30 minutes before.

Hello Uccle!

From now on, you can also park via 4411 in the commune of Uccle! 🙌🏻 This means you can now pay with 4411 in Brussels and 12 communes, both via SMS and via our app. Other communes where 4411 is active:

Anderlecht, Evere, Ixelles, Jette, Vorst, Koekelberg, Bruxelles, Schaerbeek, Saint-Gilles, Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode et Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.

Parking rates at Uccle

In de Green parking zone of Uccle, you have to pay from Monday until Saturday between 9h and 18h. If you have a residents-, visitors-, or professional card, you can park for free. The Green zone has the following parking prices:

€ 0,5 for 30 minutes
€ 1 for an hour
€ 3 for two hours
€ 1,5 per additional hour

In the Red parking zone of Uccle, you have to pay from Monday until Saturday between 9h and 18h. In this zone, parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours and everyone needs to pay for parking. The Red zone has the following parking prices:

€ 0,5 for 30 minutes
€ 2 for an hour
€ 3,5 for an hour and a half

In the Blue parking zone you have to use a blue parking card from Monday until Saturday between 9h and 18h. Parking is free but limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

Cheaper work and student parking rates in Bruges now possible thanks to 4411!

Bruges is making parking easier with 4411! Starting February 1, 2023, the cheaper work and student parking rates will be available via the 4411 app or via text message to 4411. The rate can be requested at the e-desk or at the Parking Shop of Bruges. 🚙

The subscription is linked to a specific number plate which is automatically validated by 4411 when starting a parking session. The correct rate is then automatically charged and settled via a monthly invoice.

With this additional functionality, 4411 aims to improve the parking experience of Bruges' residents by minimizing the pressure on the parking system. No more long queues at the parking meter! 🤩

4411 offers the possibility of applying specific rates for specific target groups. For example, employees and students can get cheaper rates, parking garages can become cheaper for hospital staff, and parking at the train station can become cheaper for people with train passes. A great example of innovation in the mobility sector! 🙌🏻
